Ant colorized window log listener

Set windows environment variable ANT_ARGS to automatically enable the new Windows color logger.
ANT_ARGS=-logger org.apache.tools.ant.listener.WinColorLogger
My Windows color logger was based of off the AnsiColorLogger

The color settings can be changed via the ant.logger.defaults parameter passed to ant via the -D option:

ant -Dant.logger.defaults=myColors.txt
